Grapes from old vineyards (more than 65 years old), running between pinewoods, low grapes production but with an excellent quality. Only the free-run juice must is racked, which makes the second fermentation. The wine sleeps in American Oak barrels the time required to achieve this expressive wine, round, powerful and full of character.
Very intense maroon cherry colour. Explosive aroma with a huge fruity expression (black and blueberries), Balsamic aromas: laurel and scrubland. Comple structure on the palate, with high volume, remarkable long-tasting aftertaste.
Ideal paired with all types of meats and stews.
